Construction Methods
1. The substrate surface to be coated must be clean and dry, free of loose particles, dust, oil stains, mold, and leaks. 2. Application method: Scraping. 3. Consumption rate: 1-2 m²/kg per two coats (one coat for filling gaps, one coat for full scraping). 4. Dilution ratio: Generally no water dilution is required. If necessary, the water content must not exceed 2%, and the mixture must be thoroughly stirred before application. 5. Drying time: No more than 6 hours (at a temperature of 25°C and relative humidity below 65%). 6. Recoating time: At least 4 hours (at a temperature of 25°C and relative humidity below 65%). 7. Application temperature: Ambient and wall temperatures above +5°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85%. 8. Sanding Requirements: Each coat should minimize scratches and joints. The final coat must be sanded before hardening. It is best to have one person apply the coat and another sand it 1–2 hours later for optimal results and efficiency. 9. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost. 10. Shelf Life: 18 months.
