Application Guide
- Surface Preparation — Ensure substrate is flat, solid, and free from dust, oil, and loose material. Moisture content must be below 10%.
- Primer Coat — Roll one coat of specialized alkali-resistant primer. Allow to dry completely.
- First Coat Application — Trowel apply first layer of Mara Colored Stone at 1-1.5mm thickness. Smooth evenly with steel trowel.
- Second Coat & Polishing — Apply second coat at 7-8成干 (70-80% dry). Use steel trowel to press and smooth. Create desired texture effect.
- Sealant Coat — Apply 1-2 coats of clear topcoat via roller or spray. Final protection layer.
Note: Application thickness should not exceed 2mm per coat. Allow 24 hours between coats. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
